Meet Shameless Your Confidant-in-Chief

You ever feel like you've spent your whole life pouring into everybody else, but when it’s time for you to get poured into... crickets? Yeah, same. That's why this space exists—because Black women, especially those who've been holding it down with little to no support, deserve MORE.
I'm Shameless—a Nigerian-American, first-generation Igbo woman, and the eldest daughter, which means I’ve been leading, advocating, and figuring it all out from day one**. A seasoned registered nurse with **12 years in the game**, most of it as a case manager, I’ve seen it all: the broken systems, the discrimination, the way Black women are expected to work 10 times as hard just to get a fraction of what we deserve. I’ve advocated, I’ve fought back, and I've made it my mission to ensure that no Black woman ever has to navigate this journey alone.

As the Confidant-in-Chief™ of this space, I've created a community and a system that gives Black women the tools, strategies, and support they need to thrive. | know what it's like to show up for everybody but feel like nobody truly shows up for you. That's why Ideal Confidant™ isn’t about me—it’s about US.
My father has passed, and my mother is still here, and being in this space of care and duty has shown me just how under-supported Black women truly are. | know firsthand what it means to show up for everybody but feel like nobody truly shows up for you. That’s why Ideal Confidant™ isn’t about me—it’s about US.
We’re not just talking about one thing over here. This space is about full-spectrum empowerment—from handling workplace microaggressions and launching your own business, to taking care of your health and mental well-being. And yes, we're also having real conversations about dating, abstinence, and knowing your worth. Because if you’re a single Black woman who wants to **do it right**, you shouldn't feel guilty about setting boundaries, expecting provision, and demanding the respect you deserve.
This is an opportunity to reparent yourself—to give yourself the guidance, support, and community you may not have had growing up. Because Black women deserve to move through life with confidence, ease, and OPTIONS.
I keep things low-key. You won't see me blasting my personal life everywhere because, honestly, I like my peace. But best believe, I built this space so that Black women—especially the neurodivergent, the overworked, the overlooked—can finally have a community that **sees them, values them, and gives them the space to just BE.

If you've ever felt isolated, unheard, or like you had to constantly fight for your needs to be met, welcome home. This is your space now.
